TERMS OF SERVICE
FOR GEOUNLIMITEDCALLING.com CALLING SERVICE
These Terms of Service constitute
the agreement ("Agreement") between GeoUnlimitedCalling.com
("we", "us", (GEOUNLIMITEDCALLING") and the user ("you", "user"
or "Customer") of GeoUnlimitedCalling.com calling services
and any related products or services ("Service").
BY ACTIVATING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU
ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU
HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND FULLY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
THIS AGREEMENT.

Customer Information. The customer
is responsible to communicate or maintain his / her contact
information and address current in the GeoUnlimitedCalling.com
database. This can be either done by the customer himself
/ herself by visiting his / her account at www.GeoUnlimitedCalling.com
or by calling GeoUnlimitedCalling.com Customer Support.
1. GeoUnlimitedCalling.com
Pin less Calling Service is Not a Substitute for Your Local
Telephone Service: GeoUnlimitedCalling.com Pin less
service is NOT a substitute for customer’s local telephone
service and so GeoUnlimitedCalling.com service does NOT support
911 emergency calling facilities.
2. Service Distinctions
Important distinctions exist between traditional telecommunications
service and the service offered by GeoUnlimitedCalling.com:
The service is subject to different regulatory treatments
compared to pure telecommunications service. This treatment
may limit or otherwise affect your rights of redress before
regulatory agencies.
3. Usage of the Service:
GeoUnlimitedCalling Pin less service is currently available
to make ONLY OUTGOING OVERSEAS UNLIMITED CALLS from within the USA and CANADA.
3a. Terms and conditions for Calling Unlimited:
The definition of UNLIMITED CALLING means that a customer can only make up to 3 calls per day
and Talk Unlimited. This applies to most of the Calling Plans. Except for calling U.A.E and Pakistan,

Geo Pakistan Personal & Family Plan:
As for calling Pakistan, the customer falling under the Pakistan Personal Plan has
a maximum usage limit of 1000 anytime Min's per month. If a customer chooses
the Family Plan the customer is allowed 1300 anytime Min's per month. If the customer
exceeds the anytime min limit calling Pakistan, In this case the customer account
will be automatically deactivated. The customer can request us to reactivate
the account and buy additional minutes. Each additional min for calling Pakistan
will be charge at the rate of .7c per minute until the next billing cycle starts.
Geo Asia-Europe Personal & Family Plan:
This Plan has UNLIMITED Calling Usage. As per calling Pakistan using this plan the
maximum minutes allowed on Geo Asia Personal Plan is 1000 and on Family Plan is 1200,
Other countries are UNLIMITED CALLING. Please View Countries List On Sign Up Page.
Geo Worldwide Personal & Family Plan: The customer falling under
the Worldwide Personal or Family Plan has UNLIMITED USAGE OF MINUTES CALLING WORLDWIDE.
As per calling U.A.E there is a restriction of minutes used. Customer is only allowed 300 min
on Geo Worldwide Personal Plan & 400 min on Geo Worldwide Family Plan.
Call to other countries are UNLIMITED.
If the customer exceeds the limit calling U.A.E before the billing cycle ends,
In this case the customer account will be automatically deactivated. The customer can request
us to reactivate the account and buy additional minutes. Each additional min for calling U.A.E
will be charge at the rate of .18c per minute until the next billing cycle starts.
Geo Small Business Plan: Unlimited Calling Worldwide.
Geo Medium Business Plan: Unlimited Calling Worldwide.
Geo Corporate Plan: Unlimited Calling Worldwide.
4. Refunds & Dispute Contact:
If any dispute arises, that is if a customer is not satisfied with the service or has
any other issue regarding the service provided by GeoUnlimitedCalling.
Then Geo Unlimited Calling will gladly refund the money to the customer
which does not include the one time set up cost of $20. However the refund
will be prorated. There will be a deduction based on the usage of minutes.
The deduction may vary on where the calls were made.For example, In case of
refund calls made to Pakistan will be charged at flat rate of 0.10 cents per minute,
India 0.6c, Saudi Arabia 0.12c, Bangladesh 0.6c, Sri Lanka 0.14c, Canada, Usa 0.4c,
UK land line 0.5c, UK Mobile 0.18c and U.A.E 0.18c per minute depending on the country where calls were made to.

Please Do Not Call the Customer Support Number if any dispute arises. Customer Support will not
be able to answer any of your questions regarding the dispute matter.
The Customer Support is only there to help the customer in signing up new
accounts and provide info about the calling plans or open a trouble ticket.
Exceptions are made if the customer does not have access via email then
customer can call Toll free at 1-800-786-5700 and open a dispute ticket.
Our proper department will contact you within 24hrs.GeoUnlimitedCalling
is here to protect the integrity and quality of its network and will do
and take all necessary steps to block any unwarranted abuse of its service.
It is totally at the desecration of GeoUnlimitedCalling to determine who
is abusing the service and if they should be banned from usage or not.
GeoUnlimitedCalling.com reserves the right to act without notice to block
such users in order to keep the high availability of the service by its other users.
5. Payment/Recharge:
GeoUnlimitedCalling.com Pin less service is a pre-paid long
distance service ONLY and is available as long as there is
payment in full made for the service period in advance and
the user agrees to the terms and conditions of the service.
Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on
the same day you signed up for the service. Your changes in
any card should be made 7 days before recharge date.Customers
card that declines on the recharge date will be deactivated
and reactivation fee will be charged for $20 to reactivate
the account.
6. Call Detail Record: We do not
provide call details online or as a bill for user viewing
purpose since this is not a per minute service we only can
give upon written request total minutes used in a given time
frame and total numbers of unique calls made .
7. Rate Change
Notification Rate changes may occur without any prior notice.
However all rate changes will be posted on the web site http://www.GeoUnlimitedCalling.com
for customer information. Customers are advised to monitor
rates on the web from time-to-time.
8. Access Numbers
Local access to all markets is NOT available i.e. local number
access to all customers can not be ensured. If the customer
is not covered by local access numbers he / she is advised
to use phones/cell phones those have nationwide free dialing
to access GeoUnlimitedCalling.com service. Charges for calling
the local access number to use the the unlimited service is
not the responsibility of GeoUnlimitedCalling.com
9. Toll Free
Access is not available at this time only local numbers in
area we have network is available please see FAQ section at
http:www.GeounlimitedCalling.com
10. Change of Account
Number: You can change your phone number that you registered
with by either emailing us at Support@GeoUnlimitedCalling.com
or calling our customer support.
11. Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for acts or omissions of another
service provider, for information provided through your phone,
equipment failure or modification, or causes beyond our reasonable
control. We are not liable for service outages nor for service
limitations or interruptions. We are not liable for any accidents
or incidents which result from the use of Service by you or
any other person. Our liability and the liability of any underlying
carrier for any failure or mistake shall in no event exceed
our service charges during the affected period. We and any
underlying carrier are not liable for any incidental, punitive
or consequential damages such as loss of revenue or lost profits.
We and any underlying carrier are not liable for economic
loss or injuries to persons or property arising from the use
of service. This paragraph shall survive termination of this
Agreement.
12. Charges and Fees/Taxes:
GeoUnlimitedCalling.com service rates do not include any duties,
sales, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local, public
utility or other taxes. All such taxes if applicable shall
be charged to the customer along with the charge for the calls
made unless the customer provides GeoUnlimitedCalling.com
with an appropriate exemption certificate. (a) There are NO
connection fees, and account maintenance fees there is no
contract or commitment to service unless provided in the plan
description. (b) Payphone Service not offered on unlimited
plans.
13. Connectivity and Billing
Issues: The GeoUnlimitedCalling.com Pin less service
is an Information Service based on VOIP and Digital technology
and is provided on BEST EFFORT basis. GeoUnlimitedCalling.com
does NOT guarantee the quality of such VOIP service to match
that of conventional circuit switched PTS service because
that is technically infeasible. It is important that the customers
be aware of this distinction. Customers must dispute any charges
for the services used in writing (email accepted) to GeoUnlimitedCalling.com
within thirty (30) days of the date of the charge or the customer
waives any objection. Written statements disputing charges

14. Reporting an Unresolved
Charge Dispute with Credit Card Company: While great
care has been taken in the development of GeoUnlimitedCalling.com
Pin less system to avoid such situation, we recognize our
valued customers right to report unresolved disputes on charges
to his/her credit card company. However we strongly suggest
the customer to view his/her purchase activity online and
crosscheck with relevant credit card bill. GeoUnlimitedCalling.com
sincerely wishes to maintain good and lasting relationship
with its valued Customer and so it is advised that the customer
discuss the transactions in question with GeoUnlimitedCalling.com
through Customer Support at Support@Geounlimitedcalling.com
(from USA and Canada) first. GeoUnlimitedCalling.com maintains
detailed log on every call made and every payment transaction
by every customer for one full year. So we do not see any
reason for any dispute not being solved by mutual discussion.
If in case of dispute based on incorrect information is reported
by the customer to its credit card company and is proved to
be so, the customer agrees to be charged a $100.00 processing
fee per erroneous dispute from his/her credit balance with
GeoUnlimitedCalling.com. In case of shortage of fund in customers
account the balance may be collected from the customer through
legal action, if needed. Excessive number of disputes may
result in the cancellation of the customer account.
15. Arbitration Procedures:
You must first present any claim or dispute to us through
a Customer Care Trouble Ticket. If the dispute cannot be resolved
with Customer Service you may present your claim in writing
at the address contained on your invoice or as stated on the
GeoUnlimitedCalling.com , to allow PakTel, Inc an opportunity
to resolve the dispute. You may request arbitration if your
claim or dispute cannot be resolved in 60 days. The arbitration
of any dispute shall be conducted in accordance with the American
Arbitration Association. Any arbitration will take place in
HOUSTON, TEXAS. An arbitrator may not award relief in excess
of or contrary to what this Agreement provides, order consolidation
or class arbitration, or award punitive damages or any other
damages aside from the prevailing party's actual damages,
except that the arbitrator may award on an individual basis
damages required by statute and may order injunctive or declaratory
relief pursuant to an applicable consumer protection statute.
Any arbitration shall be confidential, and neither you nor
we may disclose the existence, content or results of any arbitration,
except as may be required by law or for purposes of the arbitration
award. If any portion of this arbitration clause is determined
by a court to be inapplicable or invalid, then the remainder
shall still be given full force and effect.

PakTel, Inc co-operates with federal and local agencies incase
of fraud, submitting all information such as but not limited
to: logged IP addresses, complete call records including originating
& terminating phone numbers, and email addresses.
PakTel, Inc will actively cooperate
with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting any one who
uses this web site or products/services sold over this website
for unlawful use.
